The Supreme Court of the United States has struck down a key provision of the Voting Rights Act. I have long declared and written many articles explaining why Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act is racist, discriminatory and unconstitutional. SCOTUS did not strike down Section 5, but they effectively dismantled Section 5 by striking down Section 4.
